When paying for an order by bank card, payment processing (including entering your card number) takes place on a secure page of the payment processing system that has passed international certification.
This means that your confidential information (card details, registration information, etc.) is not transferred to the online store. All data processing is fully protected, and no one, including our online store, can access the customer's personal or banking information.
When processing card data, the security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard — the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) — is applied, ensuring the secure handling of the cardholder's payment details.
The data transmission technology used guarantees the security of transactions made with bank cards through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols, Verified by Visa, SecureCode, and secure banking networks with the highest level of protection.

Access to course materials is provided within 24 hours after payment has been received.

## Refund Policy

A refund is available only before access to the course materials has been granted.
Once access to the course has been provided, refunds are not available, as the digital content has already been delivered and made accessible to the customer.
Please note that any approved refund will be issued exclusively to the same bank card used for the original payment.
### Consultations
* Cancellation and a full refund are possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
* No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation.
* If the consultation cannot be conducted due to the service provider's fault, a full refund will be issued.
